Refund Policy

CANCELLATION – WITHDRAWAL – MODIFICATIONS

Note: For programs involving flights, reservations cannot be canceled or refunded because cancellations cannot be made by the airline.

  1. The travel agency may cancel the tour up to 3 days before the departure date if the minimum required number of participants is not reached or due to force majeure. In this case, the consumer is not entitled to compensation.
  2.  

a. If the consumer requests cancellation or modification up to 30 days before the start of the tour, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Except in cases where the consumer or their first-degree relatives document, with an official report issued by a fully equipped state hospital, an illness or death preventing 10 days of their usual daily activities, if the consumer requests cancellation or modification 29–21 days before the start of the tour, they agree and undertake to pay 35% of the tour price to ADEN GLOBAL CONSULTING AND TOURISM INC. If the request is made less than 20 days before the tour date, they agree to pay the full amount.
For reservations that have been postponed or modified, there is no right of cancellation.

b. If the consumer wishes to cancel an Early Booking Discount Product purchased during the discounted sales period for any reason, they agree and undertake to pay the full tour price to ADEN GLOBAL CONSULTING AND TOURISM INC.

c. Guests who have purchased Early Booking Insurance have the right to cancel their hotel reservations without deductions up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The insurance cannot be canceled, and the premium is non-refundable.
Excluded cases include: war or warlike operations, revolution, rebellion, uprisings, internal unrest arising from such events, acts of terrorism, epidemics or widespread diseases, earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides, and natural disasters.

d. For guests and reservations without EARLY BOOKING INSURANCE, clause (b) under the CANCELLATION–WITHDRAWAL–MODIFICATION terms applies.

e. If the consumer wishes to change the date of an early booking discount product purchased during the discounted sales period, they accept that the change will be made based on the non-discounted list prices valid on the date of the request.

  1. If the consumer misses the start of the tour and does not notify in writing that they will join later, the travel agency has the right to cancel all reservations made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours. In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the consumer.
  2. Force majeure: Adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, war, threat of war, unforeseeable technical issues preventing the start or continuation of the tour are considered force majeure by both parties. Illnesses or deaths preventing 10 days of the usual daily activities of the passenger or their first-degree relatives are also considered force majeure.
  3. The travel agency may partially or fully cancel tours announced or booked up to 7 days before the departure date if deemed necessary. Within the same period, it may change the names of the hotels included in the tour, the transportation vehicles and their departure points, and the order of visits for the places listed in the itinerary. If the consumer does not accept such changes or cancellations, they may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund of the amount paid. In this case, the consumer is not entitled to compensation.
