This Pre-Information Form intends to inform the person (“BUYER”) who will purchase a product/service from the website www.vesentur.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the distance contract to be concluded between the BUYER and ADEN GLOBAL DANIŞMANLIK VE TURİZM A.Ş. (“AGENCY”). In addition, information regarding the matters listed under Articles 5/1 a, d, g, and h of the Regulation on Distance Contracts is included in this Pre-Information Form.

The BUYER is responsible for notifying the AGENCY of any changes in identification and contact details, as these will be used for registration and notifications. The BUYER bears responsibility for any failure to notify changes or for providing incorrect information.
The accommodation prices listed on the AGENCY’s website are applicable only to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Should the BUYER be a citizen of another country, a price difference may be requested. In such a case, the AGENCY will contact the BUYER through the communication details provided.

The BUYER accepts that services such as extra food and beverages, personal expenses, and all goods and services not included in the purchased service will be paid separately by the BUYER.
In the event that prices, features, or descriptions of the purchased service are incorrectly reflected on the AGENCY's website due to technical or material errors, the AGENCY reserves the right under TCO Article 30 to cancel the service and refund the collected amount to the BUYER.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
The BUYER is obliged to pay the full service fee at the time of reservation for all reservations made through the website, mobile sales, or application. Due to promotions or similar options, payments may be made in multiple installments at different times; in such cases, the BUYER is responsible for making full payment on the dates, in the amounts, and in the proportions notified within the scope of the promotion.
If, after the performance of the service subject to the contract, for any reason—including unjust or unlawful chargeback claims arising from the BUYER’s credit card usage—the bank or financial institution fails to transfer the service fee to the AGENCY without any fault on the part of the AGENCY, the BUYER shall be liable for the service fee and any damages, together with legal interest accrued from the reservation date.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for the product/service subject to this contract. However, valid cancellation conditions for reservation cancellation are provided below.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If the CUSTOMER notifies in writing or via a permanent data storage medium that they wish to cancel the purchased accommodation service up to 30 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded except for mandatory taxes, duties, and similar legal obligations.
If the CUSTOMER notifies 29–15 days before the start date, 35% of the amount paid will be deducted.
If less than 14 days remain, the CUSTOMER accepts to pay the full amount to VESENTUR.
Any date-change request is considered a cancellation and must be notified in writing within the periods specified above.
If the CUSTOMER or the CUSTOMER’s first-degree relatives provide a report proving illness/death preventing participation for at least 10 days (which did not exist at the time of reservation), or in similar documented unforeseen circumstances, and such documents are submitted in writing before the start of the service, the paid amount will be refunded without deductions, except for mandatory governmental charges and non-refundable amounts paid to third parties. The refund will be made within 14 days.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the accommodation facility, period, and other conditions.
Detailed cancellation terms for the selected accommodation service are provided on the reservation screen.
The BUYER may also obtain detailed information from the AGENCY’s call center.
The BUYER may transfer the service to a third party who meets the conditions of the service by notifying the AGENCY in writing or via a permanent data storage medium at least 7 days before the start of the service. Current promotions and prices will apply on the transfer date. The transferee and transferor are jointly responsible for the balance and any expenses arising from the transfer.
If the BUYER fails to notify the AGENCY in writing that they will participate in the service despite missing the specified check-in time, the AGENCY may cancel all reservations after 24 hours. No refund will be made in such cases. If the BUYER notifies the AGENCY within 24 hours after the start time, they may still receive the service.
If a gift voucher is used in the reservation and is not used or is partially used for any reason, the cancellation conditions in the distance sales contract shall apply. Any payment except the voucher value will be refunded, if permissible. The voucher value itself cannot be refunded in cash but will be reissued for use within its validity period if cancellation conditions allow. The BUYER accepts that the AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the BUYER’s inability to participate in the trip due to personal reasons such as health issues, and the cancellation terms of the distance contract shall apply.
If the AGENCY unjustifiably cancels the service, the AGENCY shall refund all payments made by the BUYER within 14 days.
If the accommodation provider notifies the AGENCY that they cannot provide the service, the AGENCY may partially or fully cancel the service before it begins by notifying the BUYER. The BUYER may choose among the following rights regarding previously paid reservation amounts:
- Withdraw from the contract without compensation and receive a refund of unused service fees within 14 days,
- Participate in another service of equal value offered by the AGENCY at no additional cost (if available),
- Select a lower-priced service and receive a refund of the price difference.
The above cancellation conditions apply only to accommodation services. If the BUYER has also purchased transportation services, the cancellation terms applicable to the selected transportation service will apply. These may vary, and the BUYER can obtain details from the AGENCY’s call center.
Flight transfers may be canceled without deduction until 24 hours before the service.
For bus transportation, cancellations are accepted without deduction up to 2 days before outbound trips and until the facility check-in date for return trips.
Cancellation terms for transfer services may vary depending on the region and period. The BUYER may obtain this information from the AGENCY’s call center.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND PACKAGE
If the BUYER purchases the Vesentur Reservation Cancellation and Refund Package in addition to the accommodation service, the AGENCY grants the BUYER the right to cancel the accommodation reservation without penalty. With this package, the BUYER may cancel the reservation up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
Package terms:
- For reservations up to 1,000 TL, the fee is 10 TL.
- For reservations above 1,000 TL, the fee is 1% of the total amount.
- Even if the accommodation fee is paid in multiple parts on different dates, the cancellation package fee must be paid in full on the reservation date.
- Upon cancellation, the full accommodation fee is refunded; however, the package fee is non-refundable.
- The package applies only to hotel accommodation; flight tickets, transfers, and other transport services are excluded.
- The package may be added only if more than 7 days remain before the accommodation date.
- It is valid for stays of at least 3 nights between April 1 and November 30.
Guarantees regarding reservation cancellation are provided under the subscription insurance policy issued between Vesentur and ________.
EVIDENCE CONDITION
In the resolution of any disputes arising from the distance sales contract and/or its performance, all records of the AGENCY, including digital records, shall constitute conclusive evidence.

The BUYER may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts depending on the monetary limit determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
