This finca is situated in the town of Binibeca Vell. The complex is a replica of a fishermen's settlement and reproduces traditional Mediterranean architecture. The beach can be reached in only 5 minutes on foot, whilst the centre of San Luis is around 3 km away. Mahón can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car or public transport and Mahón Airport is roughly 10 km from the accommodation.

The accommodation was built in 1988. There are a total of 16 villas/houses. A safe is available to guests. There is also a garden. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the accommodation.
