The hotel is perched at the highest point in the small village of Surlej, just 5 km from St. Moritz. Unlike a normal St.Moritz hotel, or even a Silvaplana hotel, it provides ski-in, ski-out access, as the hotel is connected to the Corvatsch cable car station via a private walkway. Among Corvatsch hotels, it is one of the closest to Lake Silvaplana, the famous venue for kite surfing and windsurfing. Lugano and Bolzano airports are both some 180 km from the hotel.
