The ski hotel is located in the countryside, in the heart of the village of Arinsal and only about 50 metres from the gondola lift which accesses the ski resort. Guests will find restaurants, a bar and a church in the immediate vicinity. La Massana is approximately 2 kilometres from the hotel and Andorra la Vella is around 9 kilometres away.

The apartment hotel was built in 2003. The accommodation comprises a total of 17 rooms. Individual storeys are accessible via the lift or stairs. Services and facilities at the hotel include a safe, a restaurant, a dining area, a café, a bar and room service. Wireless internet access is available to guests. Various shops are available, including a supermarket. Travellers arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Bicycles can be left in the bicycle storage area.
