Opened in 2003, this 9-storey holiday complex comprises 18 apartments and, on payment of an additional fee, it is possible to park in a park area outside the building on request and local pay. All apartments are fully equipped with linnen, kitchen with dishes, fridge, microwave, washing-machine, toaster, bathroom, living-room and balcony with sea view. The nearest golf course is some 10 km away and a selection of water sports are on offer from local providers on the beach (fees apply).
