The apartments enjoy an excellent location at the heart of the Levante Beach area, just 450 metres from the beach and within 5 minutes of the nightclub area. There are supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping centre next to the building. Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are both around 10 minutes away by car, and it is a 10-minute walk to the centre of Benidorm.

The apartment complex was built in 1988. Guests are welcomed at the complex, which has a total of 240 rooms. Most of the storeys can be reached by lift. There is also a garden. Travellers arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

The accommodation features rooms with central heating, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. For additional comfort, a terrace features as standard in most rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a safe. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. In addition, there is a washing machine and an ironing set. A TV is also available. Rooms suitable for wheelchair access are bookable. A shower and a bathtub can be found in the bathrooms.

The complex offers attractions including sport and entertainment opportunities. The apartment complex features an outdoor pool and a children's pool. Selection of buildings located in the Levante Beach. Buildings that are included in "Varios Beninter" are the same as those offered in the list of apartments on this website. The assigned name of the building will be provided the day of arrival. All buildings have common areas, swimming pool for adults and children (open in summer) and parking. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, ironing board with iron, a wide balcony, plasma TV with international channels via satellite,(extra charge), safe (for rent). WiFi is available in the business centre and is Free of charge. WiFi is available in the apartments and charges are applicable. All apartments include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly.Customers have to contact us (regardless of arrival time) by phone 96 585 7060 or by email [email protected] to confirm the reservation and receive instructions for collecting the keys. Keys are collected at the Beninter office, Calle Ibiza 6, Benidorm, Tel. (34) 965857060. (Hours from 09:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 04:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m ).
