The holiday village is situated in the seaside resort of Hourtin, just 150 m from the port. The residence is just 300 m from Hourtin-Carcans Lake and 45 km from Bordeaux-Merignac Airport.

The holiday village comprises a total of 50 rooms. A restaurant and a coin-operated laundry are available to guests of the accommodation.
