The Sumaré neighborhood is located in the Perdizes district, in the west of the city. It is one of the highest regions of São Paulo, known as Espigão da Paulista. It is a very leafy neighborhood, with safe streets, well located and with easy access to all regions of São Paulo. The neighborhood is located close to other upscale regions, such as Vila Madalena and Avenida Paulista, easily accessible via the green subway line in the region.
